Images Bag of Tools — privacy policy

This policy covers the Windows application Images Bag of Tools. It is the policy the the Microsoft Store listing points at. The short version is that the app is built so there is nothing to collect.

What Images Bag of Tools does on your device

• Processes your images entirely on your own computer.
• Contains no network code of any kind — no upload and no update check — so it works with the machine offline.
• Requires no account and no sign-in, and holds no user database.
• Contains no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting and no advertising.
• Stores its settings, and nothing else, in your own user profile.
• Reads only the files you open, and never overwrites one silently — a repeated run writes a new, numbered file.

Permissions

Images Bag of Tools requests no special permissions. It reads the files you open and writes the files you ask it to write, using the ordinary file access every desktop application has.

What we collect

Nothing. We operate no server that Images Bag of Tools talks to, hold no user database, keep no copies of your files and record no usage data tied to you. We have no way to identify you and no way to reach you unless you contact us first.

Purchase and installation

Images Bag of Tools is distributed through the Microsoft Store. The store handles the transaction, the download and the updates under its own privacy policy and terms of sale; we receive no personal information about you from a purchase, only anonymous aggregate sales figures. What you do inside the app afterwards is not reported to the store or to us.

Children

Images Bag of Tools is a general-purpose utility, is not directed at children, and — because it collects nothing from anyone — it collects nothing from children either.

Your rights

Rights of access, correction, deletion and portability apply to personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to access, correct, delete or export. Your documents are already entirely in your own hands: deleting them from your device deletes them completely.

Changes

If a future version of Images Bag of Tools changes any of the above, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the change will never extend to reading or transmitting the content of your files.
